最近のシシリアワインは品質が大変よくなりイタリアでもすごい勢いでマーケットを拡大しています。

専門家によると以前はシシリアの暑い気候がワインの醗酵過程に適さなかったそうですが最近は技術の進歩によりいいワインができるそうです。

もともと太陽をいっぱい浴びたブドウを産するので嫌味がなくコクがあるけども飲みやすいワインになります。

最近はシシリアのディーラーから直接仕入れて我が家のセラーに保存しておきます。

また詳しい紹介を書いていきます。

These days, the quality of Sicilian wines is becoming excellent.

According to experts, the weather in Sicily is too hot for fermentation process of wine.

But the fermentation technology has been improved and it is why the quality is getting better and better.

Myself, I buy directlly from Sicilian wine shop and keep them in my wine cave.

So I can enjoy a little part of Sicily in my place!!

以前のスペインの行列と比べてみてください。

右側に列を作り左から買い終わった人が出てきます。

これが文化の違いですね。

みんながわいわいやっている雰囲気がなぜかほっとします。

南欧ではこういった街角の小さなカフェにはいって地元の人たちの様子を観察するのが楽しいですね。

そのうち話しかけられてお友達になっちゃたりします。

I like to get in to a small coffee shop mainly when I come to mediterranean countries like Italy Spain etc.

I feel home and sometimes, start talking with local people and they may be frieds of the day.

I enjoy really Spanish life.

今回はPrivete Limited Company by Shareという形で登録してみましょう。

この意味は上場していない会社でリスクが株式出資額のみになるということになります。
